Solihull MBC are tendering a range of services under the label of Care and Support Services at Home and in the Community. These services have been designed to better enable individuals and their families to live well at home supported by services that will enable them to have more choice and more control of their care and to have a different, more flexible and accountable relationship with the people who provide that care and the communities where they live.
There are 3 lots in this tender which represent localities within the Borough.
Lot 1: Locality Area North;
Lot 2: Locality Area Rural and North Central;
Lot 3: Locality Area South.
The range of services included in this tender are:
— Home based care services;
— Non-complex reablement;
— Specialist domiciliary care services;
— Carers short breaks;
— Night sitting.
