The Authorities ran a mini-competition based on the Digital Marketplace GCloud framework but due to the set-up costs and the limit of 2 years. This was seen as impractical and 2 of the 3 forces currently have no system and require 1 urgently. The 3 forces require an existing working system which can be demonstrated.
