The Local Authorities that form the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC) are: Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Bridgend County Borough Council, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Cardiff Council, Carmarthenshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council, City and County of Swansea Council, Monmouthshire County Council, Newport City Council, Torfaen County Borough Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Powys County Council, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council. The agreement is also available to the WPC’s Associate Members, namely Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and the National Library of Wales.

The Framework Agreement is for the supply and delivery of catering disposables to various locations as required by the Welsh Purchasing Consortium member organisations. The Local Authorities that form the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC) are: Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Bridgend County Borough Council, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Cardiff Council, Carmarthenshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council, City and County of Swansea Council, Monmouthshire County Council, Newport City Council, Torfaen County Borough Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Powys County Council, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council. The agreement is also available to the WPC’s Associate Members, namely Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and the National Library of Wales.
