Over recent years CJBS has been growing and has aspirations to build on its established reputation in each of its areas of activity — academic research, education and learning. As part of this, CJBS is undertaking a major expansion of its physical facilities with the construction of a 5 000 m2 building scheduled for completion in July 2017. Among the key elements of this building are a large dining room and new kitchen and ancillary support facilities.
CJBS is looking to engage a long-term catering partner to handle all aspects of catering at the school. In the first stage this involves operating the existing Common Room café and providing catering for courses, meetings and other events then expanding to run the catering facilities in the new building from summer 2017 onwards. The contract will be offered for a 5 year term commencing from the end of the Lent Term 2016.
Additional relevant details on CJBS and the scope of services are contained in the PQQ document.
