Future Academies wish to enter in to a binding agreement with a single supplier for the provision of catering services for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for 1+1 years. The Academy requires a food service provision for its 4 sites across South Westminster. The Contractor will be expected to provide breakfast (pre-school), break-time refreshments (healthy options.), lunch time food and regular after-school function catering at the request of the individual schools. The Academy may from time to time require other catering services of an ad hoc nature.

The successful bidder, if not currently holding the appropriate level of cover, will be required to purchase insurance to this level, at the successful applicant’s cost, prior to the commencement of the contract.
