Maintenance of CCTV Installations
Hull City Council is seeking supplier(s) for the service and maintenance of it’s CCTV installations throughout the city. The contract comprises two main lots, as follows :- LOT A :- To provide comprehensive maintenance for the Council’s Citywide CCTV system, including maintaining the following :- Over 430 CCTV Cameras, City Centre and Urban area surveillance ; 11 Operating Stations ; Fusion review and management operating system ; Meyertech Front-End GUI Camera Control System ; Kingston Communications Optical fibre cable network ; Ogier Microwave Link TX / RX ; Remote sites over IP, Fibre, ISDN ; Help Point systems ; Meyertech virtual monitor wall drivers. LOT B :- To provide preventative maintenance, and repairs on demand, for CCTV Systems in the following :- Over 95 separate standalone CCTV systems ; various cameras ; various DVR ; various Infra Red equipment ; various telemetry systems ; Annual Servicing of Security Systems and CCTV Equipment in sites managed by the Housing Department, including Flats etc. (38 locations) ; Annual Servicing of Security Systems and CCTV Equipment in Domestic properties managed by the Housing Department (Audio Alarm) at 194 locations.
Contract will allow extension (subject to satisfactory performance and to mutual agreement) by up to an additional 24 months
