The purpose of this Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is to allow the Council to identify a number of suitably qualified and experienced organisations who will be invited to submit a tender for a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of closed-circuit television (“CCTV”) servicing, maintenance and repairs within housing properties owned by the Council.
This Framework Agreement will be for a minimum period of 2 years, with the Council having the right to extend the period for a further possible 2 years. The Council’s decision to extend the contract beyond the minimum period of 2 years will be determined according to criteria set out in the ITT.
