The Customer requires a Supplier to provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive for CCTV equipment in up to 180 sites/premises leased by the Customer
— The Customer will provide in the tender documentation a detailed asset list of up to 3 000 CCTV cameras;
— The Customer will enter into a 2 year Contract with the option to extend by a further 12 months with the successful bidder
— The Contractual anticipated spend is an average of 60 000 GBP per year for PPM with an estimated spend of 140 000 GBP for additional services.
All respondants to this notice (Deadline: 14.1.2014 at 17:00 (5pm)) will be selected to take part in Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and given access immediately to the Questionnaire for completion, which has a deadline of the 15.1.2014 at 17:00 (5pm).
Following evaluation of the PQQ submissions, successful bidders will then be invited to the tender stage in late January 2014.
Please Note: The PQQ stage will be immediately available for completion following your response to this OJEU notice.

The Customer requires a Supplier to provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive for CCTV equipment in up to 180 sites/premises leased by the Customer
— The Customer will provide in the tender documentation a detailed asset list of up to 3 000 CCTV cameras;
— The Customer will enter into a 2 year Contract with the option to extend by a further 12 months with the successful bidder;

Description of these options: The Customer intends to implement the contract from 1.4.2014 with the contracted period being either 51 months (June 2018) or expring October 2014.
The reason for this is the Customers current franchise expires on the 11.10.2014 however the Department for Transport (DfT) are conducting a single tender action for the Kent and South East franchise and is currently in negotiation with the Customer to extend the franchise until June 2018. Until negotiations are complete and contract is signed, all the Customers commercial contracts will expire on 11.10.2014
