The purpose of this pre-qualification questionnaire is to access the suitability of applicants for inclusion on a Framework Agreement entailing the provision of replacement central heating / combined central heating and electrical wiring installations to occupied local authority dwellings throughout North Ayrshire.
The duration of the proposed Framework Agreement shall be for 3 years with the option of a 1 year extension. Please note the award of the Framework will also incorporate the first call off, subsequent call offs shall be procured annually via mini competition issued to all contractors on the Framework.

North Ayrshire Council is committed to maximising Community Benefits from its procurement activities. Under this procurement, the contractors, and its supply chain, will be required to support the authority’s economic and social regeneration objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social, economic and environmental considerations and Core Community Benefits may be evaluated and scored at both the selection and/or award stage.
