London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC), a company limited by guarantee reg. no. 04784719, is a not-for-profit company owned by its Members, for its Members. Its primary purpose is to maximise value from the collaborative procurement of goods and services for over 70 Members, made up of universities and colleges, as well as government agencies, research organisations, museums and other cultural establishments.

We are seeking to set up a Framework Agreement for graduation services under the following FOUR Lots:

Lot 1 Gown Hire

Lot 2 Gown Purchase

Lot 3 Photography and DVD streaming

Lot 4 One Stop Shop (Gown Hire, Photography Services and DVD streaming)

The purpose of the framework is to assist our Members (predominantly HE sector, but also FE Colleges and other non-education Members) in their provision of the Graduation Services listed above. The framework will be accessible to the Members of the six Higher Education Purchasing Consortia.

Its primary purpose is to maximise value from the collaborative procurement of goods and services for over 70 Members, made up of universities and colleges, as well as government agencies, research organisations, museums and other cultural establishments.

We are seeking to set up a Framework Agreement for graduation services under the following 4 Lots:

Lot 4 One Stop Shop (Gown Hire, Photography Services and DVD streaming)

The purpose of the framework is to assist our Members (predominantly HE sector, but also FE Colleges and other non-education Members) in their provision of the Graduation Services listed above. The framework will be accessible to the Members of the six Higher Education Purchasing Consortia.

For each lot, the highest five scoring Tenderers will be selected as framework providers for that lot, this is subject to acceptance all mandatory requirements being met.

As with all Framework Agreements, Members are not obliged to use this agreement. Members are under no obligation to join the Framework and may decide not to do so. Whilst it is the general intention of Members to purchase Gown Hire, Gown Purchase and Photography Services under this Framework Agreement, this does not confer any exclusivity on the appointed Suppliers. Members reserve the right to purchase Gown Hire, Gown Purchase and Photography Services from any supplier outside of this Framework Agreement. A key measure of success for the participating consortia is the extent to which Members take up Framework Agreements and therefore LUPC aims to achieve genuine best value arrangements for Members.
