East Renfrewshire Council (the Council) wishes to appoint a Corporate Resources Partner(s) to assist in the delivery of a new ambitious programme of change for East Renfrewshire Council where there is insufficient internal resource and expertise available.
This new change programme ‘Modern Ambitious Programme (MAP)’ builds on the work of the previous programme, Public Service Excellence (PSE), and links to a wider programme of organisational development to ensure that the Council remains high performing and can confidently deliver on its key outcomes for residents in a challenging financial climate. It is envisaged that resource will be drawn from the Corporate Resources Partner(s) on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis to support the new programme of change, as identified, to expedite its delivery.
This contract will be offered under a lotted Framework Agreement. Tenderers responding to this opportunity can bid for 1 or multiple lots. Award will be made to the tenderer ranking number 1 in each lot.
Award will be offered for an initial 36 month period, with regular reviews, and may be extended for a further 1 x 12 month periods thereafter. Extension is not guaranteed and will be determined by continued requirement and contract performance.
Community Benefits will be requested under this tendering exercise.
