Post Office Ltd staff will run the transformation programme, the role of the partnering organisation is to transfer knowledge about systems and intervention theory to operational and support personnel so they can deliver systems interventions and quantify improvements themselves. The successful partner will, ideally, be able to demonstrate knowledge of and demonstrable improvements in – • Increasing Financial Services sales • The efficiency of Government/Public Sector service delivery • Increasing sales of Telecom products • Call Centre performance • The design and delivery of any IT solutions to internal change capability. • The alignment of support roles to add value to frontline activity • Measures being used systematically to improve performance It is essential that bidders have a proven track record of delivering large scale & effective internal change training in a retail and or public sector environment.

How to apply

It is essential that any bidders have a proven track record of delivering large scale & effective internal change training in a retail and or public sector environment. Expressions of interest must be submitted by email to Robert Copeland (Post Office Ltd) Robert.j.copeland@royalmail.com no later than the 15th August at 15h00. (Please note that any expression of interested received after this date will be ignored). Once expressions of interest have been received, all interested parties will receive a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). The PQQ is to enable Post Office Ltd to identify which potential suppliers are most capable of performing the contract. The PQQ response must be submitted to Post Office Ltd Robert.j.copeland@royalmail.com no later than Friday 24th August @ 09h00. Any submissions received after that date may be excluded from the assessment process and the interested party disqualified. Post Office Ltd will then score the PQQ inviting no more than 3 bidders forward to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. (Details of the scoring process are detailed in the PQQ document). The 3 bidders will then be invited to participate in the ITT which will be issued on the 31st August 2012, with bidders expected to submit a written response and give a presentation to Post Office Ltd. Using the ITT scoring criteria (detailed in the ITT documents), Post Office will select a single provider for the contract. The nomination of the preferred bidder will be announced on Friday 28th September 2012, with Services to start shortly afterwards (only once contracts have been signed). Please note that these Services are covered under Part B of the Public contracts regulations, however Post Office is committed to running a transparent and competitive process. Post Office Limited reserves the right at any stage to decide not to continue with this procurement and/or conclude a contract and will not reimburse a supplier’s costs from participating in this process.
