Voluntary OJEU notice as this is a procurement of Part B services and EU timescales will not be followed. Cheshire East Borough Council requires a provider of a childcare vouchers and a cycle to work salary sacrifice scheme. It is the Authority’s intention to award 2 contracts these may or may not be awarded to the same company. Lot 1: Provision of a Childcare Voucher Scheme and Lot 2: Provision of a Cycle to Work Scheme, both salary sacrifice schemes. Description of particular conditions: The organisation should hold as a minimum the following insurance levels or be able to provide with their response, a written statement advising that should they be awarded the contract they will have the required levels of insurance in place for the commencement of the contract.
