TVHA wish to procure Cisco Hardware and Software Support and Maintenance for the TVHA Cisco estate. The following locations are to be covered with 24 hr, 7 days per week with a 4 hour response time (24 x 7 x 4):

— Twickenham;

— Hammersmith;

— Tooting;

— Woking;

— Hillingdon.

Please note that Orbit Housing are facilitating this procurement exercise on behalf of Thames Valley Housing Association.

This tender is being run via www.housingprocurement.com Interested suppliers will need to register on the portal and search for the opportunity under ‘Orbit Housing’. Once you have expressed an interest in the opportunity, all documents will be available on the home pager under the ‘recently added’ tab together with the online questionnaire.

TVHA are looking to procure Cisco support and maintenance and purchase of ad-hoc communications equipment via the successful tenderer, it is expected that the successful tenderer will be a Cisco Gold Partner. The term of contract is for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend annually up to a maximum of 5 years.

Thames Valley Housing Association are a medium-sized housing association based in Twickenham, South West London.

They own or manage some 15 000 homes in London, Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Sussex. These include traditional rented housing, shared ownership, key worker and student accommodation.
