The contract is to start from 1.5.2015 and runs initially for three years with a possible extension of a further one plus one year. Giving a possible total contract term of 5 years. The estimated total value of the contract of GBP 1 250 000 is based over the 5 years. Interested companies must register at www.yortender.co.uk to be able to participate in this tender. Expressions of interest are to be made via www.yortender.co.uk by downloading and completing the Pre qualification questionnaire. Access to the PQQ document will be available on the Yortender system from Thursday 1.5.2014. The deadline for the return of the completed questionnaire onto the Yortender system will be 12 noon on 2.6.2014. Berneslai Homes reserves the right to consider social and environmental requirements in this tender/contract notice or contract documents.
