NPMA Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglia Ruskin University. NPMA Ltd are seeking professional cleaning providers to manage a customer focussed cleaning contract on the Chelmsford and/or Cambridge campuses of its client Anglia Ruskin University. The successful providers will take over an existing contract with a dedicated onsite resource. The contract provides cleaning services to the residential and non-residential buildings on both campuses. The contract involves the cleaning of a mixed university estate comprising, student accommodation, staff and student offices, general teaching facilities, specialist teaching facilities, common parts including main receptions, atria, corridors, toilets and social spaces. The cleaning is seen as key to ensuring the student experience of the estate during their time with Anglia Ruskin is a positive one.
The contract is to be let in four lots comprising the Cambridge campus non-residential estate, the Cambridge campus residential estate, the Chelmsford campus non-residential estate and the Chelmsford campus residential estate. The contract commence on the 1.8.2015 and last for 96 months with an option to extend for two 12 month periods.
Lot 1 — Cambridge non residential GBP 550 000 – GBP 650 000
Lot 2 — Cambridge residential GBP 50 000 – GBP 100 000
Lot 3 — Chelmsford non-residential GBP 420 000 – GBP 520 000
Lot 4 — Chelmsford residential GBP 10 000 – GBP 40 000.
