Buckinghamshire County Council is inviting suppliers to complete an application form to be considered for inclusion on Approved Supplier Lists (ASL) for the provision of Communications and Marketing Services. This is the third time that this ASL is open. If your organisation is already included in BCC Approved Supplier List for this service, please refrain from re-applying. Your organisation will remain on the ASL till the List expires on 31st March 2017. This is an invitation for organisations, who are not currently on the Approved Supplier List for Communications and Marketing Services and who wish to provide services to the Council. The providers who are successful in their application form will be placed on Approved Supplier Lists for the Lots/categories they applied for. These are listed in the attached documentation, which can be found under “My Activities”. It is our intention that use of the Approved Supplier Lists will commence on the 1 November 2015 subject to the Council approval process. The Approved Lists will be in place for until 31 March 2017. The deadline for receipt of application forms is midday on Friday 23 October 2015. We cannot accept application forms received after this time. Questions must be received by midday on the Friday 9 October 2015. Any questions asked after this date will not receive a response. We anticipate sending a final Q & A document on the 14 October 2015 via the portal. The Authority reserves the right to reopen the Approved Supplier list every six months to allow for new applicants to join the list.
