County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a system for approximately 1 600 users which will monitor the safety of lone workers whilst providing the capacity to call for immediate assistance if difficulties are encountered and be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The system should be available via the Trust’s existing mobile phone system (mobile phones are not part of this contract) and link to a Call Centre facility that is able to provide a response to any lone worker alarms that are raised, including the ability to provide a search and response by a security company for unaccounted staff accross County Durham and Darlington and where necessary liaising with Law Enforcement. The contract is for 36 months with an option to extend for 12 months.
