The purpose of this ITT is to assist ORE Catapult in establishing a communications services framework by appointing a number of professional, reliable suppliers to meet their ongoing requirements.
It is anticipated that a maximum of 8 suppliers will be appointed to each of the 4 lots within this framework. However, ORE catapult reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number if deemed to be in their best interests.

— offshore renewable energy technology and its applications,

The duration of this communications services framework will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend the duration for up to a further 24 months. This option for extension will be at the sole discretion of the ORE catapult and shall be subject to satisfactory performance of the appointed suppliers.

— Production of video footage and features effectively relaying ORE Catapult key messages,

— Brand design and development for collaborative UK, EU and international projects.

Lot 4 — Digital Services.
Provision of Digital design services including, but not limited to the following:
— Design services for websites, desktop and mobile, e-newsletters and other online/multimedia tools such as interactive PDFs, animations etc.
— Digital and online marketing and search engine optimisation services.
— Augmented Reality (AR) — Embed interactive and dynamic content such as AR drawings to bring the technology such as the drive train test facilities to life and differentiate ourselves from our competitors. This offers a multi-purpose solution for marketing/promotional activity (literature /exhibitions /presentations etc.), on-site instruction, in-house training and visualisation of objects for sales purposes. AR can also be used to relay key information on specific points of interest (technical specifications etc.) and placed wherever required.
