Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of Community Services on behalf of NHS Nottingham North and East CCG, NHS Nottingham West CCG, NHS Rushcliffe CCG, NHS Mansfield and Ashfield CCG, NHS Newark and Sherwood CCG, NHS Nottingham City CCG.
The objectives of this project are to commission Community Services across the Nottinghamshire CCGs which deliver high quality, patient focussed and continuing services to patients. Scope of Services: Providers will be expected to demonstrate: — How they will partner with CCGs in an environment of transforming health and social care provision in accordance with the Five Year Forward View and the commissioners 5 year strategies — How they will support CCGs cost improvements as part of the QIPP programmes of each CCG, including proposals for risk sharing continuing health care spend growth. — How they will support CCG quality improvements as part of the QIPP programme in each CCG — How the management structure they have has senior clinical leadership and oversight of the service — How they will include service users in their service development — How they will work and integrate with other provider organisations, including primary and secondary care — How they can demonstrate their own internal efficiencies and value for money.

Description of particular conditions: The Contract/s to be entered into by the Commissioners and the selected Provider(s) for the Procurement will be based on the 2016/17 NHS Standard Contract (http://www.england.nhs.uk/nhs-standard-contract/) and will comply with the requirements of the Service. Each Contract will be separate to and independent of any existing contract currently in place between a Provider and the relevant Commissioners.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: For full details please refer to the Memorandum of Information Part 2, Section 2.2.6. Following evaluation of responses to the PQQ, the top 6 Bidders for each Lot ranked upon the scores achieved plus passing all the required pass/fail elements, will be deemed to pre-qualify for participation in the ITT stage for this Lot. Thus, if more than 6 Bidders pre-qualify, these will be ranked based upon the scores achieved and a short-list of the 6 highest scoring Bidders will be compiled to take forward to ITT Stage.
