Completed responses to the ITT must be returned via the Defra e-Tendering service (further details of which are available at Section III.2.1 of the OJEU Notice) before the deadline for receipt of responses as notified in Section IV.3.4 of thie OJEU Notice.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: This Authority has incorporated a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to Tenderer’s. This period allowed unsuccessful Tenderer’s to consider whether it was appropriate to appeal.
Under the Public Contracts Regulation 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) as amended and the Public Contracts ( Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 1), aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules may take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Norther Ireland) or in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session (Scotland). Any such action must generally be brought within 3 months from the date that the complainant knew or ought to have know about the grounds for its claim.
