Devon County Council and other public bodies will utilise the contract arrangements for work in their built environment and have a significant range of properties. As such the Council’s require comprehensive property construction and maintenance coverage and therefore intends to appoint a range of maintenance and construction contractors to achieve this. The comprehensive Accreditation Service will underpin the contract qualifications required by Contractors in order to prove their competence to deliver such services to the County Council and its partners. The current accreditation provider provides a service to over 250 contractors.
