This framework will provide a number of services required for delivery of services required by London Borough of Newham (and other named providers as required). The lead authority on this procurement, the London Borough of Newham does not take responsibility for express or implied use of this framework by other boroughs. This form and the tender documents do not imply any commitment to appoint suppliers on the framework or any specified levels of future business. The London Borough of Newham will enter into the Framework on behalf of the other named boroughs. Call-off contracts will be entered into directly with each named borough who wishes to buy services. London Borough of Newham reserves the right not to award any places on the Framework or to discontinue the procurement. There is no guarantee of work or minimum award of work to any consultant appointed to the Framework.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: In accordance with Regulation 32 (Information about contract award procedures). Regulation 32A (standstill period), Regulation 47 and Regulations 47D to 47N (inclusive) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended). The contracting authority will incorporate a standstill period at the point of information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers.
