Architectural design services. Building and facilities management services. This procurement is to find a provider that will design, build, fund and operate key worker accommodation for Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust. Further information is detailed in the MOI and PQQ documents which are linked to this advert via the Delta portal. The Trust is considering transferring the site to a charitable vehicle, in which case the charitable vehicle would make a property interest available to the successful bidder, however in this instance the nomination agreement would continue to be between Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust and the successful bidder.

Provision of services to design, build, fund and operate key worker accommodation. Please note that the value below is the estimated revenue across the life of the contract The contract will be for an anticipated term of 15 years, with the possibility of extending the term beyond the initial contracted duration by mutual agreement with the Provider for a further 5 years. A mechanism for valuing the residual asset at the end of the lease will be incorporated.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: 3 stage hurdle assessment as detailed in the PQQ documents. Following Stage 3, Potential Bidders will be ranked in order based upon their overall score for PQQ Supplementary Questions. The Contracting Authority anticipates that, based upon the ranking at the end of Stage 3, 5 of the highest ranked Potential Bidders will be short-listed and Invited to Participate in Dialogue and Tender for this Service Procurement. However, the Contracting Authority reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to: a) short-list more than the 5 highest ranked Potential Bidders to ensure effective competition and/or provide increased opportunity for obtaining value for money; b) short-list less than 5 where it is clear that bidders have not demonstrated minimum capability.
