1. This tendering exercise is being undertaken through the capitalEsourcing portal (https://www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free.

2. Requests for clarification should be sent through the capitalEsourcing Portal. The contracting authority shall reply to requests for clarification that are received by it before 21.7.2014.
3. The completed pre-qualification questionnaire must be uploaded on to the capitalEsourcing Portal no later than 3:00 on 29.7.2014. PQQs received after this date will be rejected.
4. The contracting authority intends to enter into Call-Off Contracts with the successful contractor in relation to new builds at Barclay Close and Becklow Gardens.
5. All applicants are solely responsible for their costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of the pre-qualification questionnaire and all future stages of the selection and evaluation process. Under no circumstances will the contracting authority or any of its advisers be liable for any costs or expenses borne by the applicant or its associated relevant organisations or any of its advisers in this process whether the applicant is successful or not.
