— Large Learning Resource Centre extending to 1 500 sq. m,
— New performing arts theatre, open to the public for plays and events,
— Consolidated student services,
— New café for use by students and staff,
— New double height entrance to the side of the building,
— Opening up of public realm in front of the old grammar school building, creating courtyard space for students as they enter and exit the College.
Procurement to be via a 2 stage process.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 5 200 000 and 5 600 000 GBP
