2. Express an Interest in the tender — Login to the portal with the username/password — Click the ‘PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers’ link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) — Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. — Click the ‘Express Interest’ button at the top of the page. — This will move the PQQ /ITT into your ‘My PQQs/ My ITTs’ page. The Royal Mint reserves the right to change without notice the procedure for awarding the contract, to reject all or any bids for the contract, to terminate the process and not to award a contract at any time without any liability on its part. No contract will be created between the Royal Mint and any party until a contract is executed between the Royal Mint and the winning bidder. The Royal Mint is not liable for any costs (including any third party costs fees or expenses) incurred by those expressing an interest in or tendering for this contract opportunity. Any agreement entered into will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Division into Lots:
The Authority has considered that as its requirement is, amongst other things, for the creation a single fit for the purpose and future-proof CMS and e-commerce solution for all its existing and future websites through the consolidation of existing web platforms and technical architectures into a single externally hosted platform, it is not appropriate to split this requirement into separate lots, even though the contract may entail potentially severable aspects of services and goods.
Duration of contract:
The contract duration will be a maximum of 7 years consisting of an initial fixed term of 3 years with possible extensions in 1 year (12 month) increments at a time in accordance with the provision for contract extension set out in the Contract.
