Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the design and construction of a new building for a co located one form entry primary school and special school, to be developed in one building on an existing primary school site. It is planned that the existing primary school is demolished and is temporarily located on the site.
The new accommodation will be a single new building, along with a redevelopment of the site which will provide opportunities to maximise inclusion. The Council is funding the scheme and is appointing an experienced project management and design consultancy to develop the project, manage consultation, prepare for planning and undertake surveys, ahead of a JCT Design & Build procurement.

Completed PQQs, along with any supporting documentation must be submitted through the portal by 12:00 noon on Monday 22.9.2014.
Suppliers are advised that references will be obtained in writing from three referees. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that their referees respond within the time scale.
It is intended to restrict the tender list to a maximum of 5 suppliers. If more than 5 suppliers fulfil the criteria for selection, those scoring the highest number of points on the selection criteria will be invited to tender.
