The new accommodation will be a single new building, along with a redevelopment of the site which will provide opportunities to maximise inclusion. The Council is funding the scheme and is appointing an experienced project management and design consultancy to develop the project, manage consultation, prepare for planning and undertake surveys, ahead of a JCT Design & Build procurement.

Suppliers are advised that references will be obtained in writing from three referees. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that their referees respond within the time scale.
It is intended to restrict the tender list to a maximum of 5 suppliers. If more than 5 suppliers fulfil the criteria for selection, those scoring the highest number of points on the selection criteria will be invited to tender.
