III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
Bidders will be required to provide a minimum of 3 examples of contracts of similar size and nature carried out by the bidder in the last three years and demonstrate that they have the relevant experience and expertise to deliver the contract for ESPD question 4C.1.2.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
Bidders will be required to have a minimum yearly specific turnover of 100 000 GBP for the last 3 years for ESPD question 4B.2.1
The contracting authority may ask for audited accounts from the bidder but these should not be submitted with the ESPD Scotland response.
Bidders will be required to have minimum Dun and Bradstreet credit rating of 2D or equivalent.
It is a requirement of the contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtaining prior to the award of subsequent contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:
Employer’s liability: 5 000 000 GBP
Public liability: 5 000 000 GBP.
III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
Bidders will be required to provide a minimum of 3 examples of contracts of a similar size and nature carried out in the last 3 years that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the contract for ESPD question 4C.1.2.
Bidders must be registered with the following trade bodies:
CHAS,
British Association of Landscape Industries.
Bidders must demonstrate suitable arrangements and appropriate staff to provide the following:
Acceptable of levels of quality control, health and safety management, and environmental management.
The above for ESPD questions 4C.2, 4C.6, 4C.6.1 and 4C.7.
