Contract for Installation of New Windows and Doors

Description of the contract

The provision (supply and installation) of uPVC windows into council buildings and dwellings within the district of Uttlesford which covers the area of North Essex. The work will comprise of the removal of existing door/ windows types and fittings, preparing openings, fitting new doors/ windows including provisions of all accessories, fixings and silicones. All work should comply with FENSA, Building Regulations and current legislation. The whole of the works will be carried out on occupied premises. The contractor will also be expected to carry out all survey work, prepare working drawings for approval and instigate work.
