Mutual Energy Limited (MEL) has issued a contract notice advertising a proposed contract for the provision of communication and public relation services. The services are required for an initial term of 4 years with a possible extension of 4 years. The contract may be for a total of 8 years. Suppliers who are interested in this tender please use the “express interest” button for access to the relevant documents. Any questions relating the tender please use the online correspondence facility through In Tend. Request to Participate (RtP) deadline is Wednesday 20.3.2019 at midday. Final clarifications must be submitted 1 week before RtP deadline.

Requests to participate may be submitted by single entities or by groups of service providers. A group will not be required to convert into a specific legal form in order to submit a request to participate, but may if MEL considers it necessary to ensure that the contract is carried out to its satisfaction, be required to do so prior to award of the contract. Mutual Energy Limited also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with 1 member of the group as a main contractor with a number of subcontractors or on any other basis as Mutual Energy Limited considers appropriate.
