Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Providing we have 5 shortlisted suppliers, from the PQQ stage we envisage taking no more than 5 to ITT. If the final numbers are less than 5 at PQQ stage then this will overide the numbers above. As a guidence we hope to shortlist up to 5 suppliers maximum unless there are multiple suppliers with a tied PQQ score in 5th place, in which case all such suppliers shall proceed to the ITT stage.
