This Framework Agreement shall be for the benefit of the Contracting Authority (and any future successors) and the Contracting Authority’s corporate entities compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. During 2016 Nottinghamshire County Council plans to create a new highways company as a joint venture with the Cornwall Council wholly owned Teckal company, Corserv Ltd. The new highways company will be fully under the public sector ownership. The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to novate the Framework Agreement to any other body which substantially performs any of the functions that previously have been performed by the Contracting Authority including their statutory successors and wholly or partially owned organisations.
