Framework Agreement for the supply of roofing materials. Split into 4 lots. It is the Council’s intention to award each lot separately. Potential bidders are able to tender for 1, 2 or a combination of lots.

Lot 1: Roofing Insulation Material;

Lot 2: Miscellaneous Roofing Material;

Lot 3: Heat Weldable Rubber Membrane Roofing System;

Lot 4: Cold applied Roofing Systems.

The main users of the Framework will be used by Durham County Council Department or an Associated Body. Maximum of 3 bidding organisations for each lot.

This Framework/contract will be available for use by Durham County Council, and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Durham County Council:
