— Annual Tank Cleans (arranged upon results of monitoring inspections);
— Quarterly Shower Cleans (sheltered only);
— TMV temperature testing/servicing.
This contract may also include risk assessments. Training may also be required to be delivered by the successful tenderer throughout the term of the contract.
Please note tenderers must be able to confirm they are members of the Legionella Control Association and that their organisation has an electronic database system for use to manage site visit reports, temperature records and non compliance reports. These are mandatory requirements. Tenders will not be evaluated if tenderers cannot confirm these requirements.
