The Council has a strategic responsibility to provide a clean environment for its local residents, businesses and visitors to the borough, as well as to maximise recycling. The Council aims to provide a cleaner environment for local residents by distinguishing between domestic and commercial waste and recycling through the provision of coloured refuse sacks for the different types of waste to be contained and properly disposed of.
For the purpose of this procurement, our requirements have been split into 2 lots as follows:
Lot 1: Plastic sacks;
Lot 2: Other recycling receptacles (compostable liners (various sizes), reusable garden waste bags and reusable estates bags);
Lot 3: Plastic Sacks and other Receptacles combined.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 5 180 000 GBP
