The service will provide a 24/7 on-site staffing presence dealing with unplanned care and emergencies together with some additional building related activities. This service will not deliver planned care hours. The contract will initially be for two years with an option to extend the contract, at Stafford and Rural Homes’ discretion, for a further 1 year plus 1 year if required.
