The Trust is seeking an experienced turnaround consultant to improve the sustainable and recurrent performance and delivery of its existing Cost Improvement Plan. The key requirements will include:
1. Leading the Turnaround Team to manage projects and develop a culture of sustainable results delivery.
2. Support and challenge to systems, processes and ideas for improvement.
3. Driving a sustainable change process.
The appointment will be for a period of 3 to 6 months starting immediately. Interested individuals or organisations will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in supporting organisations facing similar challenges.
