The Contract is for the provision of both security and cleaning services. The Contract will not be awarded in separate lots and therefore any tenders for only security services or only cleaning services will be eliminated. The Council has not divided the tender into Lots in order to ensure greater efficiency, economies of scale and less administration for both the Contractor and Council and to limit TUPE implications.
