The proposed contract is for the provision of a door to door distribution services for Councils publications over a four year period. Hackney Council will lead on the joint procurement of distribution services for Council publications in the form of Newspapers and Magazines. Hackney will work with Greenwich and Waltham Forest Boroughs on this procurement project. Ealing, Havering, Newham and Merton Boroughs have expressed an interest in joining the agreement at a later stage.
