Clackmannanshire Council invite tenders from organisations who are able to provide Counselling Services for Adults with Mild to Moderate Mental Illness and Community Support Services to Adults with Severe and Enduring Mental Illness.

Tendering organisations must be registered with the independent regulator, Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland, and have a proven track record in delivering high quality counselling services and community based support services to adults with severe and enduring mental health illness.

The successful provider will be committed to delivering a service that will have a positive impact on the long term mental health of the individuals referred. The aim of the services will be to promote positive mental health recovery, to increase individuals access to employability opportunities and their prospects of securing paid employment through collaborative working with a range of voluntary and statutory organisations

Total quantity or scope of tender

The successful Tenderer will agree a contract to deliver

a. 54 hours per week of Counselling Services to individuals, over 18 years old, who experience mild to moderate mental illness.

and

b. Community Support Services to adults, over 18 years old, diagnosed with severe and enduring mental illness and have been assessed as likely to benefit from this form of support.

This is a fixed price contract for the value of 484,210 GBP inclusive of all costs.
