Coventry City Council is seeking to commission a telephone helpline for victims, children/young people, perpetrators, professionals and members of the public to provide information, advice and guidance on domestic abuse, active case management and support for victims who are community based, including specialist provision for BAMER Victims and other under-represented groups which includes IDVA provision for victims involved in criminal justice proceedings, follow-on (aftercare) support for victims, support for children and young people, the provision of security enhancements to domestic dwellings to help Victims to stay safe in their homes and training and support for people working or volunteering in statutory and voluntary sector organisations.
