Coventry University is setting this second estates consultancy services framework up following the expiry of the first framework. This new framework is for the provision of estates related consultancy services required for any future new build, refurbishment or fit out projects in primarily in Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Supplying services to Scarborough, London and Dagenham will also be covered. It will also cover any new campuses that the University might acquire or develop during the life of the framework. The framework will be divided into the following lots:

— lot 1: Project Management Services,

— lot 2: Multi Discipline Design Team over 2 500 000 GBP ,

— lot 3: Cost Management Services over 2 500 000 GBP,

— lot 4: Property Development Planning.
