This contract is to procure licenses (and associated support) for a comprehensive Customer Experience Platform.

This is an integrated collection of tools, technologies and capabilities for the purpose of delivering a wide variety of services and business process across channels (web, mobile, telephony, mail, face-to-face etc) to create a personalised relationship with customers.

Anglian Water proposes to award contract for up to 10 years. The initial contract will be signed for 6 year term, with 2 x 2-year extension options.

Total Contract term is 10 years.
