VI.1)Additional information:

The London Borough of Ealing is inviting proposals through the RBWM – iESE Dynamic Purchasing System for Incentivisation (Lot 1) from appointed contractors for the set up and management of a borough-wide Resident Recycling Reward Scheme (RRRS).
The objective of the RRRS is to divert waste from being sent for disposal by incentivizing and rewarding households accordingly, to increase the amount of waste recycled and reduce the amount of waste being produced. The aim is for the RRRS scheme to launch early 2014.
