Title

Customer Relationship Management for Scottish Enterprise

2.2

Description of the goods or services required

This procurement is being undertaken by ATOS on behalf of Scottish Enterprise.

The procurement will select a CRM system to meet SE’s requirements and a suitably qualified supplier to design and implement it. The selected CRM system will be implemented and delivered to SE though its shared service framework which is provisioned and managed by ATOS. The successful supplier will be expected to contract with ATOS (not with SE) to deliver its products and services as part of these shared service arrangements. The ability –technically and commercially – of the successful supplier to operate within such a framework will be an important selection criterion.
