Description

In order to facilitate more effective customer services and relationship management, City College Plymouth is seeking to contract with a single supplier for the provision and support of a new integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Initially the CRM will be utilised by the Marketing and Corporate Relationship teams (20 users), with the view to expanding in the future. Quotes are sought for the initial three year period.
