The objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive report detailing user opinions of the City Council’s Customer Service Centres. We require a company to carry out the field work. This will involve completing approximately 540 structured (using the questionnaire provided) face-to-face interview with customers to measure customer experiences and perceptions of the service.
