I. Understand the impact of the National Measurement System through quantification of impact and attributing the role of the NMS.
II. Benchmark customer experience/ satisfaction and look for product and service improvement opportunities
III. Develop an understanding of how customers use measurement to create value
IV. Identify how the work of the NMS is used in combination with other stakeholders in the UK Quality Infrastructure (NMS, UKAS, BSI)
