The successful bidder will also need to provide both preventative maintenance and responsive repairs to both the existing and upgraded system and hardware as well as maintaining a highly critical network. Please refer to the tender documents for the specification, which can be downloaded from the ‘Supply Hertfordshire’ portal www.supplyhertfordshire.uk

Tenderers must pass a financial assessment as set out in the tender documents.

Bidders will need to evidence that they are either Security systems alarms inspection board accredited (SSAIB) or National security inspectorate accredited (NSI) bidders will need to demonstrate that staff have worked on this type of wireless network for a minimum of 5 years. Bidders will need to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with GENETEC, and evidence should be provided that they are a registered and current GENETEC supplier. Along with current staff GENETEC accreditations. Bidders will need to evidence that their field engineers are GENETEC qualified for Omnicast with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. This must include a technician qualified with full set of GENETEC products, must be qualified to support AutoView with 3 years’ experience as we have 2 of these cameras. Bidders must demonstrate their experience of working with video images across IP networks, with evidence of multi recording servers and cameras in excess of 200.
